These checks are a snap shot on the health of your home and are an important indicator to you as a home owner of issues that may arise in the present, or sometime in the near future.
They are also an important part of our trades persons process before they perform any work on your property, ensuring that there aren't any hidden gremlins likely to arise once work has started.
Performing a Essentials Check Up means that our plumbers and electricians can provide you with a fixed up front price on your work, and also means we can back that work up with our Lifetime Guarantee.

This report is an in depth check of the services in your home. Starting from just $199 you will receive a comprehensive report on the plumbing or electrical in your home, along with a list of recommendations to address any issues that are identified.
Our CCTV drain inspection is an essential annual check that you should perform on your home. We will insert a CCTV camera down your drain and the footage will identify any problems that may be causing your sewers or drains to back up. These inspections are FREE for our Platinum Care Club Members.
As part of the home energy inspection, our electrician will compare your homes energy usage to similar properties in your area, and then provide you with a list of things that you can do to improve your homes energy efficiency. These inspections start from just $199.
For just $199 our electrician will inspect your home and provide you with a risk rating based on the condition of the electrical in your home. They will then provide you with a list of what improvements can you made to keep your home and its occupants safe.
